Maybe no pictures yet

I realize that I haven't posted any pictures yet, so instead I will talk about what I am doing that has helped me lose 9 pounds in 12 days: Low carb. Not the Atkins diet, but my families modified version of it. My dad has been doing low carb for over three years and has lost and retained the loss of over forty pounds! That's awesome! I hope to be able to say the same thing for myself in a couple years.

What I do while on low carb is eat a lot of cheese, meats and salads. And low carb tortillas. Those are a life saver for me. I am a carbaholic and I can do this,, so you can too!

I weigh in every Monday, and every Monday that I lose weight I will add more tips on here that helped me lose weight. I can't wait to see how this next Monday goes.

It's Official

Tomorrow morning, I will post a picture of me, as I am right now, with my current weight. I have already lost 9 pounds in 12 days, super exciting, and I can't wait to lose more! :)
